Everything went seamlessly from our first conversation with Andrea to the final arrival of our brand new 40' Sailing Catamaran in Florida.
Choosing a delivery team is a daunting task, especially after the months and years of painstakingly planning the build of your new yacht. Andrea has extensive experience and knowledge, he is also a really good person and it was obvious from our first conversation that he was the best choice.
Delivery captain maintains open communication from the time you engage them in your project, throughout the transport process and afterward. All calls, emails and texts are returned promptly. I feel Andrea goes above and beyond.
We were kept up-to-date during the entire transatlantic crossing.
Our new sailing catamaran arrived the day it was expected, and turned over to us in very thoughtful, perfect condition.

The idea of transporting from France to USA was quite stressful until we talked to Andrea --- it turned out to be nothing but a perfect experience.

Captain Andrea (and additional crew Galla) from Delivery Captain helped us sail our Fountaine Pajot, Saona 47 from Denia (Spain) to Santo Stefano al Mare (Italy). Communication before and after the trip was always perfect. While sailing, Andrea was very professional, helpful and you could tell that Andrea is a truly experienced captain. Besides being professional, Andrea is also a down to earth guy, funny and hopefully a friend for life. Galla was a less experienced crew but was more than capable of joining the team, doing watches, keeping logbook, cooking…….being funny :). Galla is a really pleasant and professional person to have on your crew.
Apart from an occasional seasickness, the atmosphere was always homely and pleasant.

„Right after our first telephone call with Andrea from Delivery Captain, I felt in very good hands and much more relaxed about our endeavour. Our plan was to sail our brand new outremer 45 catamaran directly after handover from the yard in France to Turkey. Around 1400 nautical miles, due to some special timing reasons almost nonstop. Andrea promised they will take care of everything. And he delivered. Skipper Audrey and 1. mate Philippe were in charge of our 11 days and night cruise. And we could not have hoped for a more competent crew. Audrey for example used all the latest tools to do our routing through some rough spring weather, Philippe leveraged his experience from more than 250.000 nautical miles, including 9 solo Atlantic crossings. What broke on this maiden voyage they could fix and both brought us safely in time to our destination! Thanks a lot! In addition, both are great cooks. A really nice advantage, too.

We contracted Andrea to help us bring our new catamaran from Malta to Spain, with us and our two cats onboard. This was our first journey in our cat, and the first long journey we've been on since recently passing our day skipper licences. Andrea was the consummate professional that we had hoped for, he taught us a lot and allowed us to relax and enjoy the trip, safe in the knowledge that we were in very experienced hands. We got on very well too, Andrea is a fun guy to have onboard!
We were in contact with Andrea more than a year before buying Jolie Doris, a 2015 Dufour 382 Grand Large, in Italy. No hard-selling of a delivery, just our questions and his advice on how it would work when buying a boat somewhere in the Mediterranean for a delivery in Spain.
After buying Jolie Doris and having sailed her 200 NM further south in the Adriatic ourselves as part of a short vacation, preparing with Andrea for Jolie Doris’ delivery from Termoli, Italy to Torrevieja, Spain (approx. 1200 NM) evolved very transparantly and pragmatically: whereas pricing and conditions were set first, all subsequent administration was completed duly and quickly.
Following the practical preparation of the 11-day trip itself by Andrea and his team in Termoli, sail was set for the actual delivery. It went smooth and fast, without forcing the boat, and with Andrea sending us regular updates of actual location and overall status of the delivery and, of course, the boat. Whereas safety of boat and crew prevailed, ETA in Spain was respected too.
Handing over of Jolie Doris to ourselves in Torrevieja has been done as it should be: we together checked the condition of the (superclean!) boat all over and a series of potential improvements to Jolie Doris, listed by Andrea based on almost 2 weeks close to non-stop sailing, promised to be very helpful in further optimising Jolie Doris’ condition.
Our family is very pleased with the performance of Andrea and his team! We are now looking forward to enjoying Jolie Doris in Spain for many years to come!
Recently I employed the services of World Wide Deliveries under the management of Andrea Ciotoli to deliver my Oceanis 50 sailing vessel "Coorabell" from Barcelona to Gibraltar and return.
The delivery was executed in a professional and speedy manner. At all times, both Andrea and the delivery Skipper, Joseph Carew Bourke kept me informed of the delivery progress via emails and telephone calls.
The crew prepared the vessel from winterizing on the hardstand for the passage and returned in the same condition for hardstanding. The yacht was clean and tidy., sails washed and stowed below.
Joseph attended to the Gibraltar Customs formalities prior to departure which ran smoothly on arrival.

I contracted Delivery Captain to deliver our new Leopard 45 from Marseille to Antigua & Barbuda in the fall of 2020. This is our first boat and first delivery. Andrea was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the planning process, answering questions and providing extremely useful advice. Andrea and his crew did an outstanding job prepping the boat for the journey — wrapping, covering, and protecting everything — as well as outfitting with necessary gear that came in super handy when I took over the boat. Even better, Andrea checked all the systems on the boat and informed me of a couple of issues, so that when I boarded the boat myself in Antigua I was armed with some key replacement parts. Communications throughout the crossing were crisp and clear. The boat arrived looking like a brand new boat! In short, the service was comprehensive, exceedingly competent, and Andrea made it down-right fun, sharing photos along the way. Absolutely top-notch service.

"Every morning when I wake up on board Azuria II, our Leopard 45 catamaran, I am amazed at our good fortune to have contracted ‘Delivery Captain’ to sail our boat from St Thomas/ US Virgin Islands to Cartagena/ Spain. From the first contact to the Captain taking over, it was less than a week. CEO and Captain Andrea Ciotoli arrived on schedule on the jetty, and we could leave 2 days later to attend urgent business back home. During the passage via Bermuda and the Azores, we were regularly updated via sat phone, as to their position and condition of the boat. When we were finally able to get back on board, we were pleasantly surprised to find our boat in top condition, even cleaner than we had left her. The engines had been serviced, the stainless steel was polished, and the boat generally inside and out was clean and fresh smelling. All our personal belongings were where we had left them, and our wine supply intact. The Atlantic crossing in early March was not without mishaps, the crew experiencing total electrical failure at sea, and later on gale-force headwinds. Andrea is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and was able to professionally deal with all problems. He is also a very likeable person, always happy. This is a very professional organisation that provided a skipper for the first leg of our transatlantic crossing - Les Sables d’Olonne to Las Palmas. Claudio was a fantastic, kind and interesting companion on this leg. He went above and beyond to help deal with teething problems on a new boat that necessitated two unexpected stops (including 10 hours of the emergency tiller following steering failure). Claudio fitted into our crew and shared the watchkeeping burdens, dealing with any language problems with a smile and good grace. "Lalamanzi is a Lagoon 380 catamaran launched in 2008.
Delivery skipper Andrea Ciotoli transferred the vessel from Rebak marina
Langkawi island in Malaysia to Eden island marina on Mahe island
Seychelles.
The distance of 2800 nautical miles was covered in 20 days starting 11
January 2019 using mostly wind power and only 300 litres of diesel.
There was no damage to the vessel which was delivered clean and tidy.
Costs of air tickets were kept to a minimum and the fee was in the lower
range of fees I have been quoted.
Andrea agreed to take with him my permanent crewman Luvellynne who gained valuable experience from the crossing, something Luvellynne had not done before.
